How do I open an account?

Please navigate to THIS PAGE for the criteria to having a Trade Account. If you feel you meet the criteria, choose from one of the two options available and complete all sections in full. If you choose the printable option - email it to admin@patchrubber.co.nz. We will assess your application and send a confirmation email if successful. Note: the email address you supply as the purchasing contact will become the login to your online account with us.

Why can't I see my cost price on items?

As we only supply to the trade, we restrict cost price visibility to only those who are logged in to our website. To login, you have to hold an approved trade account with us and have been given online access to your trade account. Please contact us if you don't know your login details.
